WMC is comprised of four principals, which includes the following members:

Mary P. Ramsey

President of Wiles Mensch Corporation (WMC), Mrs. Ramsey has worked in the civil engineering industry for over 30 years.  Her passion for civil engineering began in Ireland where she attended University College Galway and received her Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering and Chartered Membership of the Institute of Engineers (BE CEng MIEI). 

Having 22 years of experience with WMC, Mrs. Ramsey has worked with the leading architectural and development firms in the Washington Metro area and has been involved in the design of commercial, industrial and residential projects.

 

Joseph P. Mensch, PE
Mr. Mensch has more than 25 years of experience providing civil engineering design and review services to both public- and private-sector clients.  Mr. Mensch has had technical responsibility for many site design issues, including earthwork, paving, stormwater management facilities, utility systems, sediment controls, retaining structures and subsoil drainage.  His field construction experience enables him to efficiently coordinate each project with utility purveyors, the local water authority, public space department, and other public review agencies to ensure the necessary permits and approvals are obtained. 

 

William H. Sloan III, PE, LS
Mr. Sloan has more than 25 years of experience providing preliminary and as-built surveying and review services to both public- and private-sector clients.  He has an excellent history of experience as a land surveyor, performing land line surveys, topographic surveys, road surveys, subdivision / site surveys, and construction surveying.  Specialized expertise in this field includes performance and oversight of Air Rights surveys and coordination of highly secure Federal sites.  His background in civil engineering allows him to have a unique perspective when deploying survey teams, to ensure the information gathered will be comprehensive to the proposed task. 

 

Veronica Ryan
Ms. Ryan has more than 20 years of experince in the financial industry. Ms. Ryan serves as Chief Financial Officer of WMC and has played a key role in the company's organization and growth. For the past twenty years, Ms. Ryan has been responsible for all financial matters of WMC.
