The firm is experienced in major residential development and subdivisions; planned unit developments for residential, commercial, mixed use projects; museums, visitor centers and plazas; office, business and industrial parks; local, community, regional and specialty shopping centers; hotels, resort complexes and entertainment centers; institutional and educational facilities; road and highway design; parks and recreational areas; and golf course communities.

WMC has completed numerous environmental assignments in communities and jurisdictions with unique environmental features that require innovative development programs. The firm is also experienced in more traditional environmental matters such as: environmental assessments, impact statements and environmental approval programs, sedimentation and erosion control programs and environmental studies and plans for private developments.
